Evaluasi Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Calon Kepala Sekolah (Studi Evaluatif Pascadiklat di LPMP Provinsi Maluku Utara)
This study aims to evaluate education and training programs LPMP Prospec-tive Principal in North Maluku. This study used a descriptive evaluative method CIPPO evaluation model developed by Stufflebeam and his colleagues and refined by Gilbert Sax.Data were collected with instrument interview, observation and document study. The results showed that the implementation of management education and training prospective
principals in 2012 at the Institute for Education Quality Assurance North Maluku province has been run effectively in accordance with established procedures so that the evaluation criteria can be met. Fulfillment of the evaluation criteria as stated in Permendiknas number 13 in 2007, is the achievement of the goal of mastery of the five dimensions of competence (personality, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervision, and social).
