Evaluation program aims to obtain empirical data on the implementation of of-ficial test level I training in the Indonesian Ministry of Finance. The evaluation is done by using qualitative methods. Evaluation model used is CIPP model. Respondent of re-search is training managers and organizers, 10 instructor, 36 new and 154 participants repeat. The result of evaluation: (1) need analysis and curriculum is not enough to support
the implementation of training; (2) independent study activities not carried out; and (3)graduation rates participants are less than satisfactory. Based on these result, availability of adequate training need analysis, improvement of the curriculum and implementation of independent study activity, expected to increase the number of training participants that passed the official test level I.
