The outburst of information triggers the difficulty of information users to select and gain information which is appropriate with their necesscities. The users typically demand a prepared information service quickly, accurately and easily. Those necessities can be fulfilled by remaking information in a new version. To choose the kind of information remake which will be reproduced, first of all we should know the sort of required information, the user of information and the way of its distribution. The paradigm of Indonesian society, including academic community, that regards library merely as a place to store books and theses is absolutely incorrect. There is no library in Indonesia which can play a role as an information center or a knowledge base like the libraries abroad. Accordingly, remaking or reproducing term papers, theses, dissertations and research outcomes with its reasons and hindrances and research outcomes with its reasons and hindrances becomes a challenge...ifa.
