Problem of gender is actually problem of unequal power realtions. Corrupt practices on power not merely come in forms of discriminations againts women but also discrimination against children. Therefore, in the last decade, many attention star to be given to the children protection issues. Data shows the high prevalence still occurs and this issue becomes an unsolved problem. The paper discusses issue on children protection and focuses on two aspects: the state policy on children protection and the possible solution from educational aspect. This paper tries to argue that, even though the state intervention has been enacted through the law and is significantly needed, the implementation is still poor and there are other measure, especially from educational aspects, need to be taken in solving the problem. Considering that the main reasons behind the violence againts children are socio economy problems and the violence across generation in the family education. Violence that are...ifa.
