Kritik atas peran komunikasi dalam manajemen krisis :
When the crisis occurs in some companies recently, the role of public relations in carrying two-way traffic communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally, becomes more important and strategic. This two-way traffic communication is aimed at creating mutual understanding and supports of the implementation of policies that have been outlined and enhancing a positive image. Dialectical position that might be faced by public relations as a key and spokesperson for the organization are to provide true and accurate information. To build trust, credibility, and organizational image, public relations officer is not allowed to cover up the conflicts, problems that arise, an actual crisis occurs, and even to deceive public with various excuses, in this case, the principle that should be the guideline is openness, honesty, ethics, and morals.ifa.
