The study aims to explain the formed communication network in the completion of employees duty of Water Park Sun City, Sidoarjo, and identify the individuals' roles in the formed communication network. Moreover, the research uses 36 respondents and sociomatric and sociogram data analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that in completing their duty, employees are always in coordination with other members and a communication network formed is a wheel network pattern and all channels network. The role of each individual that is formed is click, opinion leader, bridge, liaison, and isolate.ifa.
