The most important characteristics of Islamic epistemology that makes it different to secular Western epistemology is the presence of the values of religious normative teachings that significantly become the basic principles of Islamic epistemology. Al Qur'an and hadits are believed to have a central role that inspire, direct and dtermine the scope of the goal of Islamic sciences. this concept has led to the development of methodology in Islamic sciences. That is why the qur'an and hadits are placed in the highest position as a way, source and guidance of Islamic knowledge. Islamic epistemology reorientation, therefore, is important in order the construction of the epistemology won't be trapped in the forgery of Western epistemology.ifa.
