Sabilillah as receiver of zakat, should receive equal attention with other asnaf. The gap that happens, not irrespective of the community who still understand the concept of Sabilillah narrowly. In fact, sabilillah itself can widely interpreted as done by institutions such as zakat YDSF with a view to present a more strategic context, such as teacher training, scholarships, and other religious activities. In the end, no zakat funds accumulate to two asnaf just as destitude and poor as is the case today. Thus demanding a complete review of the concept and spirit Shara Sabilillah, as well as for activities that more strategic and present context.ifa.
