Interpersonal communication is communication form that is face, so that we can see feedback directly. Quantitative research aims to describe the influence of interpersonal communication effectiveness of the leadership with subordinates to increase employee performance in the Central Monitoring of Radio Frequency Spectrum and satelllite Orbit Class II Surabaya. By using the product moment analysis, the results of research show: 1)effective interpersonal communication between leadership and employees can improve employees' performance, and 2)interpersonal communication activities have a good role in shaping better attitudes or behaviors.ifa.
