Third, to disdain the common advantages than the particular advantages, it appears the prohibition to kill and monoply. Fourth, the principle to confiscate anything to do crime. Thus, according to al Syatibi, decision of law by mashlahah mursalah is still in nash folded, that is to collect all of dalil to obtain definitive law by mind. In applying the mashlahah mursalah al Syatibi conditioned three cases. First, the advantages should be logic, second, the advantages should be...ifa.
