This article aims to analyze relathionship pattern of gender between wife and husband in the lecturer family of STAIN Ponorogo. Basing on this study, it concludes that wife and husband relationship pattern in lecturer family of STAIN Ponorogo in domestic aspect, generally wife either who works or don't work has burden more and works longer [burden double] than husband, although in practice wife is assisted by a assistant, child take care of, or its mother, with accounted by portion the aech family differs. Whereas relationship pattern of gender wife and husband in lecturer family of STAIN Ponorogo in economic aspect mostly has involved woman role, both in looking for money and arranging family economics. On the other hand, relathionship pattern of gender between wife and husband in taking care of child and educating child happened a unfair division of role. Wife predominates works related to taking care of child and education of child, although the wife is also an educated woman..ifa.
