This article demonstrates the role of librarians in desingning a functional library which can be accessed easily, safely and comfortably by the disabled. Library is defined as a place where sistematically to collect, keep and manage bibliographies in order to utilise by information user, and simultaneosly become a delightfully learning infrastructure. The user which being discussed in this article are those who phisically and mentally different than normal people. The differences decrease their abilities to normally act in their dailiy activities. Those are the people who physically abnormal, mentally abnormal and both abnormalities. Those abnormalities. Those abnormalities needs special design of library building and rooms which able them to access. The special needs with regard to the physical condition of the library are actually expressed in a written statement which consist of educational specification of the library which are arranged by the librarians and the related...ifa.
