Empowerment management of Madrasah is one of the exciting program to form and change either the human resource or the institutes. Targets of empowerment can be in community, organizational of institutes, school environment and society. The aim is improving the quality of management madrasah. By using PAR [Parsipatory Action Research] and approach to the stake holder of the school [Madrasah] method, it hopes the program can form and change the way of view or perception of students and teachers, settlement of natty structured program, and school independence. The result the students of Madrasah are able to apply their talent and looking forward and the teacher are able to construct, motivate, and facility the students.ifa.
