Conflict emerges in context of individual and the history of human civilization. Bitter history which is unpleasant will heavily cause long term conflict and even hatred from generation to generation. THe action of people from one generation to next generation will also effect the life in the next generation. The children of riot victims in Indonesia area [such as Jakarta, Solo, Wet Kalimantan, Maluku, Aceh, etc] will experience psychological trauma. What is needed by people now is conflict management in which the way can change humanity life. Inter-individual conflict and inter-society conflict have to be processed and made into power of individual and society to create a new life in this world.ifa.
