This writing is a report of search which is aimed in obtaining description of the taeching behavior of English teachers at Madrasah Aliyah al Islam Joresan. What we mean by teaching behavior in the class activities done by the teachers in certain occasion which happen to be functioned as reinforcement focused more on teaching practice activities comprising preparation and process. In the area of preparation most of the teachers made the lesson plan based on syllabus they have made and they understood the importance and the function of the lesson plan. In the area of the process, deal with class management, students management, method of teaching, and media can be concluded that they used active learning strategy. The evaluation has been done included on three aspects, namely cognitive affective and physic-motor.ifa.
