Issue on decentralization is continued and responded positively by the Indonesian people.Through decentralization, they expect that better climates of life characterized by participation, efficiency, and empowerment in all sectors will be obtained.University as the main pillar to do social acceleration has a very strategic role.In the context of decentralization, the univesity might play the roles as an accelerator i the nation building, a channel transmitted information from the government to public or the way round and an actor of the nation building.
