This research aimed to describe the implementation of the controlling toward the quality of IAIN Raden Intan lecturer's activities in performingthe Tri Dharma [Tree Duties of university]. The problem to be searched is how controlling mechanism has been implemented to improve the quality of IAIN Raden Intan lecturer's activities in performing the duties. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach. The data are collected by using the combination of deep interview, observation and documentation techniques, and then are analyzed with the qualitative method. The result indicates that the implementation of controlling at administrative level, have been fully implemented, the impact however is still questionable.yo.
