This research intends to know how far the execution of family court [Pengadilan Agama] decision to give child his or her right of basic necessities of life runs effectively as the result of family court decision on his or her parents' divorce. It will analyse the type and nature of decision on divorce case, its consideration and statement of its decision. It reveals that the execution of decision on giving a son or daughter of the parents to divorce mostly have not run effectively so far. In legal consideration aspect, there is no reason and item to explain and support the statement of decision. Beside that, the statement of decision seems not clear and proportional so that it brings about troubles and difficulties to run the execution.yo.
