Uji Kemampuan Bakteriosatatik dan bakterisida Ekstrak aun Syzigium jambos L dalam Serum Ayam ras Broiler terhadap Pertumbuhan bakteri Salmonella pullorum secara In Virto :
the objective of this research was to ealuate the bacteriostatic and bacteriocidic capabilities of Syziium jambos L's Leaves in broiler serum against the salmonella pullorum in vitro. this was a laboratory-based experiment research using the random design with the post test-only control group design. There were five extract concentration levels in broiler serum that were taken as treatment, anmely 5 g/ml, 4 g/ml, 3 g/ml, 2 g/ml and 1 g/ml. the contreol gorup consisted of two types that were negative control (tratment without extract) and positive control (control wih chlorampenicol and cypropholaxin) with stahdard oncentration, 15 mg/ml, and 5 mg/ml, respectively, each with fibe duplications. the treatment was performed by usind tube dilution method, proceeed with drop method, that was, transferring microbes growing in th mwdia which described bacteriostatic and bacteriocidic capabilities of the extract to be tested. the result shows that all concentration of the extracts in serum.
