In the eyes of muslim community, the concept of amr bi al ma'ruf wa nahy an al munkar represent the keyword for creating an imagined good society as it leads them to establish an effective social control. This concept, in an Indonesian context, is factually identical to exclusive movements of Islam, such as FPI, LJ and FKAWJ. What makes it problematic is that the clash frequently takes place between the police and the group of people who voluntariry implement the concept.het.
