One kind of knowledge thet must be owned by lecturers is to know the good and right instructional evaluation system, so at last the result of the evaluation will be responsible. The application of evaluation system in STAIN Jember is categorized as enough. The indicator are: Firstly, only some lerturers have evaluation planning, and those who have do not understand abouth evaluation system. Secondly, only some lecturers revise their test and provide the test with directions. The schedule of examinatin is always announced previously, cloused book and written. Thirtly, only some lecturers have marking scheme, to determine the final mark they use absolute norm reference referring to the scale agreed by STAIN Jember.het.
