The article describes the interplay and the interaction between modernity and sosio cultural conditions of moslem society in the world. Modernity has been colapping as suggested by T.S. Eliot that 'all our knowledge brings as to our ignorance, and than our ignorance brings us nearer to death, but nearer to death not nearer to God'. because modernity has only one dimention of human life, that is the material dimention. Modernity, which its science and technology, has resulted socio cultural impacts to moslem society in the world, for example, the rising of retification and objectivication, alienation, urbanization, and anomi.het.
