Globalization is a process of modernization wide spread in the whole world which happens because of medernization pointed in industrialization, a formulation process of the world capitalistic system. Weber views the tight relation between the appearance of modern law and capitalsm. The world capitalism creates re-construction of global economics, so there is not part of the world enforceable to make matching to new job distribution including Indonesia which is more coordinated. As the result, there must be much maching in policy of intern-country. In Indonesia, this liberal system is though to law practical such as public prosecutor, advocator, and judge.het.
