As a canonic law, syari'ah is legislated for the welfwre and the older of human life on earth. No human being can claim his or her understanding of syari'ah as absolute. While syari'ah is absolute, the understanding of it is relative, which ussually called figh. This paper offers the solution to direct syari'ah legislation for the biggest of human welfare, by developing transformative aspects of syari'ah in older to fit in the modern situation.
