The disvorce talak and iddah are realities must be faced by a pair of wife and husband when both of them are disagree one another till thy come into disvorce. While this case today is expanding that talak or disvorce is not only the right of the husbands but the wifes also have the right namely khulu', on the other hand the wifes also have the right to charge her husband with separation, and the judge must be wise to give the decision. Actually talak or disvorce is a matter must be avoided. Iddah is done by the wifes becouse there is no foetus or embryo in the uterus or womb, when they are going to get marriage again.
