Islamic ideality which is reflected in the Holy Book (al Qur'an) and Phrophetic Tradition (al Hadits) is often contradictory to Islamic reality as implemented by Muslim community. The gap between these in point is that Islam ideally appeciates variety of opinions. In recent years, almost every day gender injustice accurs in societies around the world, such as the descrimination of women. This injustice usually occurs in two ways; first, in domestic sphere, and second, in public sphere. Regarding this injustice, many people often condemn religion as a scapegoat for gender injustice. If this matter is examined more closely by looking at religious texts, it will be clear that all of them reject gender injustice. So, the problem is not the religious texts themselves, but genderinjustice coming understanding, interpretation, and religious thinking of this texts, whice is influenced by a patriarchal culture as such.
