The third millenium is characterized by such a rapid development of science and technology, with the resurgence of spiritual consciousness as flourished in some religious activisms that Muslim community have no choice but preparing themselves to anticipate it. These two different realities of science and technology and the spiritual ressurgence. The abdence of this attemp means a disparity between the development of science and technology on the one hand, and religious consciousness on the other whice can jeopardize the building of perfect characted (insan kamil) among Muslim community. On the basis of this model, the outcomes of education may have four basic competences: intellectualism, profesionalism, volues and attitutes, and mentality of encountering social change.
