the Heat of Islamization of knowledge is education. While the core of Islamic education is the implementation of the five principlis i.a. Unity of Got, Unity of Nature, Unity of Truth and Knowledge, Unitu of life and Unity Humatity. The method to accomplish yhe idea is based on ijtihad. But unfortunately as Sardar [1987] observed, syariah, as yhe Islamic way of knowing, doing and being is not just law, it is also ethics and methodology has been totally ignored. It is very time to reconstruct our idea concerning sharih as ethics and methodology especially in relation to shape Islamic educaation. syur.
