The problem of conventional bank is one the issues that have been discussed for a long time. The Main problem is whether or not the interest of money is permissible. according to majority of middle east ulama', the interest is prohibited, because it is not the result of the productive effrot, and money functions as a tool in transaction, not as acause of interest. While, in the modern world, particularly in trading, the existence of bank is a must. As a solution, muslims propose to establis Islamic bank. Many products offered by the bank, such as mudarabah, qirad and musharakah. The main principle of Islamic bank is profit and lossharing. By applying this system, as pointed out by muslim researcher, A. Mannan, Islaic countries will recorver from economical problem which have been faced since a long time and will increase community prosperity. syur.
