This paper will explore an alternative development of preaching as a theory, a theory of preaching. To do this the author uses the theory of communication an preaching, both of them try to transfer massages to influence attitude of terget peolple. The author argues that Islam is religion to regulate human behaviour, so according to him Islam is pro human and not pro the law. Law is for human and not vice versa. syur.
