In Islamic intellectual world, the word justice can be defined variously depending on the view points and on the purposes of each scientific discipline. In Islamic value, justice is identical with logical consequence of understanding tauhid, thus the injunction of doing justice is followed by that of doing goodness. The concepts of justice and ihsan are simultaneously the trade mark of Islam as an ultimately perpect religion. Maintaining justice in the concept of Islam is addressed to all groups without exception, even to oneself in equal context. The actualization of justice permeates the whole life aspects, such as law, politics, economy, social and education. Basically, justice is the implementation of truth in human life either in individual or in communal lives.
