The main quintessense of academic research on historcal materialism is as follows; first, analysis on historical events and society based on the fundamentals of economics, in which the ruling law cannot be intervened by human ambition. Second, every historical period will be far different from any other period, both in physics and character. Third, the divededness of society into two social classes on the basis of the development of production means. Fourth, historical materialism also maintains that all revolutionary figures, rulers, guides and heros, are derived from the oppressed class. In contrast to the above mentioned assumption, Islam upholds that (as described by the Qur'an), the aim and destination of history is elaborated as the last victory over unbelievers. The verses of the Qur'an related to oppression, are not aimed at regulating any universal principle.
